These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IncDrops website and the products offered on it, including the free ebook How to Earn Income Vibecoding and The Vibecoding Prompt Book (together, the "Products"). By using this site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. The products

• The ebook is provided free of charge in exchange for your email address, delivered via our email provider, Kit.
• The Prompt Book is a paid digital download, sold and delivered through Gumroad. Your purchase is processed entirely by Gumroad and is subject to Gumroad's own terms.

3. License to use

When you download either Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own learning and projects. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or claim authorship of the content.

4. Payments and refunds

All payments for the Prompt Book are handled by Gumroad. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at the email above.

5. No income guarantee

The Products are educational content about using AI coding tools. We do not guarantee any particular income, client, or result from using them. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, skill, and market conditions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to upload malicious code, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or otherwise interfere with the site's normal operation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IncDrops is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Products.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

• Email sign-up: when you request the free ebook, we collect your first name (optional) and email address, sent to and stored by our email provider, Kit.
• Purchases: when you buy the Prompt Book, your payment and contact details are collected and processed by Gumroad. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Usage data: standard technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, which may be collected automatically by our hosting provider or analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver the free ebook and any related email content
• To fulfill and support Prompt Book purchases
• To improve the site and understand what content is useful
