Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the incdrops.com website (the "Service") operated by incdrops ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Services

incdrops provides various digital creative services as outlined on our Services page. All services are subject to a project brief and agreement prior to the commencement of work. We reserve the right to refuse any project at our discretion.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services are due in accordance with the terms specified in the project invoice. This may include an upfront deposit. Due to the nature of creative work, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced on a project. All payments are final.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client is granted full ownership and copyright of the final delivered work. We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall incdrops, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
